  • Seating - I typically bring a cotton blanket and a pillow for my head and a pillow to put under my knees, and a yoga mat to lay on.

Sound Healing Session Walkthrough

Welcome to our sound healing session! During this approximately 75-minute experience, we'll embark on a journey of relaxation and inner harmony through the power of sound. Here's a step-by-step guide to what you can expect.

Prepare Your Space

Come to class 15 minutes early to get cozy in the auditorium seats (if we are in the theater, sometimes there are rehearsals and we will be in other rooms) or bring your yoga mat and pillows to be closer to the instruments. This is your time to release the day and enter your sacred relaxation space.

Brain Tool & Breathwork

Stacey, a Neuro-linguistic Practitioner, will empower you with a valuable tool that you can seamlessly incorporate into your daily routine for improved emotional management. Next, we will explore breathwork techniques to relieve tension and foster inner tranquility.

Sound Healing Journey

This is the heart of the session, where you'll experience the magic of sound healing. Stacey will sing and gradually introduce different instruments, blending their sounds to create a healing experience tailored to your needs.

Closing Meditation

We'll conclude the session with a final meditation to help you recenter and integrate the healing experience. We'll express our gratitude for this opportunity to heal and connect.

Social Time

If you'd like, you can join us for socializing after the session. It's an opportunity to connect with fellow participants and share the experience with your community, making a new friend or deepening your bond with old friends. Many times we go to grab dinner together at a local spot so that will be announced before we start. We would love to get to know you!

Ault Park Events

Ault Park Events are hosted in the Pavilion in Spring and Summer. 2024 schedule coming soon and thank you for all who attended these classes and we can’t wait to start them back up when the weather warms up!

Important Information:
• Please arrive a few minutes early to find a suitable spot and get settled.
• Outdoor events are weather permitting. Under 50 degrees and it will be rescheduled.
• Respectful silence is appreciated during the meditation to create a peaceful environment for all participants.
